Skin darkening

Asked for Female, 22 Years

Dark underarms,elbows knees. What should I do? Is getting it bleached a good option. Have used qraa cream for some time but results haven't been effective. I just use dove bodywash and a basic Vaseline lotion. Did start using roll on deos but stopped a year back.
