Skin damage near nose side

Asked for Female, 29 Years

My skin has been damaged due to some water problem before 5 years. By that time the affected part has heavy itching and it left a thick scar on the face. Thought that it will go off as it is due to normal infection but it has been 5 years, still it remains on my face as black thick patch. Please suggest me the solution
