Skin cream suggestion

Asked for Female, 30 Years

Hello doctor, I am 7 weeks pregnant, and my skin is looking dull dark dehydrated and has spots. Please suggest that I can use some topical cream in the night that improves the condition.. I was using some home made skin cream but discontinued once got aware about my pregnency. As the maker told me to stop whenever I get pregnent.. Pls help
