  4. Skin colour. And how can i deal with it?

My body is white,and my elbow and buum is black,i don't known why is these for me,it making me uncomfortable ,it can't be sun tan in these region,i am shy to show these part to doctors.and I want my whole body to be in single colour,and I want to know why these has happen and how can I deal with it?
