Sir I am using melacare from 10 days my skin gets dried and get red .its painful while touching.what should I do

Greetings. Melacare is not a good cream to be used by self application. Stop using the same immediately. Use a good moisturizer cream twice daily for five days. See a qualified dermatologist near you and discus with him if u really need melacare and if yes how long u must use . Warm regards Dr Govind Suresh Mittal, Bengaluru
