Skin burn with a medicine

Asked for Male, 29 Years

Month back I applied a medicine on the mole next to my nose. I found the in the trade fair at Pragati Maidan which promised of removing the mole in 4 hrs. The mole has been removed but the skin burn is there which looks like a patch and there is a little depression also on the skin. Can the patch be removed completely.
