Skin/ blood allergy. Another doctor.

I get such rashes/ marks all over the body with lot of itiching scratching here and there. One doctor said it is erticaria. Took medicine beipos and teczine for almost 6 minths. But the allergy level "serumIgE" in blood has come down from 540 to 250 now. In duration of 6 months. But as as soon as i stopped medicine it started itiching. Kindly guide me . I have visited two- three doctors in the due course. I started my course in nov 2017 with 540 as the serum ige leavel and now its is 250 but my concern is 1 wek back i left taking medicine but 2 -3 days back it started itiching again. Hence i started taking beipos and teczine again. Beipos in morning and teczine in night. Should i continue or consult another doctor.
