Skin bloating and rashes

Asked for Female, 4 Years

My 4 year old daughter is experiencing skin bloating and rashes for the past 3to 4 days This problem dis appears as soon as coconut oil and camphor is applied on the problem area and recurs at some other parts of the body after some time Please provide me with medical solution for this
