Skin blemishes, uneven skin tone

Asked for Female, 19 Years

My skin is not clear and have some uneven skin tone there is no shine on my face I tried many hydrating lotions but still there is no glow on my face... It looks so dull even after washing face thrice a day I went to dermatologist and have been on treatment for around 4months but there is no difference. Even after spending money there is no change. I've used Kojic acid creams and a good sunscreen (la-shield) with UVA, UVB and pa+ + +. What should I do for clear and glowy skin. Please help me.
