Skin becoming darker

Asked for Male, 19 Years

I was having a more golden yellow complexion in my childhood. But when puberty came, my whole body started becoming darker with my face and hands even darker. I have had acne problem from 16 and now I'm 19. My face is more brown now with patches of fair skin near my nose and cheeks. How to get evenly fair skin which matches my neck and body colour?
