Skin atrophy result of old radiotherapy

Dear Dr., Skin of my cervical and upper chest has been effected by old radiotherapy for lymphoma (about 33 years age when I was 6 years old) and it's became atrophy, brown and with some freckling. I would appreciate if you let me know about management. can I do peeling in that area by microdermabrasion?? Is it effective to make my skin bright and clear? Is there any effective new way to make brighter my skin's appearance in that area ? yours sincerely Zahra.M
