Skin and scalp itching

Asked for Male, 31 Years

I have been experiencing itching on my skin especially on my butt, groin area, back, hands below my eye region and my scalp for over 3 years now. And I have been placed on anti-fungi, anti-bacteria and allergy drugs over the period. Test have taken showed that I have no infection. The itching goes for sometime while taking antibiotics but returns. I'm just fed up now please assist
