Hello Doctors I have recently moved like 6 months back in canada and since then my hair have become too frizzy and also my skin needs care. I am currently using Cetaphil cleanser and my skin was oily in India but here it Canada it gets dry near nose n cheeks area and skin has become too rough. Please suggest the skincare regime to be followed

Canada is a cold country. Use heavy moisturisers. Cetaphil is good.
