Skin and hair loss issues
My daughter got matured at the age of 11. Now she is 13 Years old. suddenly lot of pimples started appearing on the face two months ago. Pimples got reduced but marks are still visible. Severe hair fall too. Her underarms, neck too are too dark. We have consulted dermotologist but of no use. She prescribed multivitamin syrup and few medicines and shampoo which give no good results. Everday I give her soaked almonds, leafy and green vegetables. What else I hv to do to get rid off these problems. Please suggest remedies and some medicinal assistance. She is feeling very bad for her situation.

If she is overweight she has to take care of that. Nutritional deficiencies are a common cause of hair loss in teens now as they eat lot of fast food and skip balanced meals
