Skin allregy

Asked for Female, 22 Years

I am having a skin allregy since 20 days. It keeps coming and going out of nowhere. I have no idea if its coming from a certain food item. The whole body gets red and extremely itchy and my fingers start to swell. Please tell me what can it be or why is this happening. Will I need to do any tests? If yes, whats tests would I have to do. Or this can go away with just medicines? How can I know what is causing it? I am attaching a picture of my hand.
