Skin allergy spots

Asked for Male, 4 Years

Earlier this year my 4 1/2year old son developed some kind of skin protrusions which dry up the 2nd day leaving dark spots. After consultation with pediatrician, it was diagnosed as skin allergy. Now only the dark spots remaining almost over the whole body. Please suggest!!
