Skin allergy or infection

Asked for Male, 35 Years

There are many tiny red dots in my hands and in my shoulders and full back side under hip. Its not itchy always but sometimes. Its been a month still they are . i havent felt tired or fever etc or any abnormality. But I am scared since this is over a month and keep spreading across the body.
