  4. Skin allergy of sun. Same. please help!

From last 3 years i am facing severe skin allergy only when I go to sunlight...the parts that is uncovered becomes extremely red including face and itching starts...n skin start to shrink... after getting back from sun...it takes me almost an hour to come to normal condition even if in AC temperature. Dermatologist recommended one steriod table(prednisolone dispersible) along with anti allergic tablet, so is it safe to take steriod tablet...since its side effect is period changes also...and doctor had not given assurance for complete cure of the same...she said u need to avoid sunlight as much as possible...please advice me what to do...i am very tensed for the same..please help
