My skin with itching problem since 30 years I met somany famous dermatologists all doctors says there is no permanent solution use anti allergic (like cetrizen tablets)
I done comprehensive allergy test report shows total IgE 1130 iUA /L (normal below 150 iUA/L) in that report allergy cause with somany food items like chillies peanuts mushrooms etc.
that report show to any dermatologist doctor says if you escape somany food items you will risk another problems with nutrition
I used homeopathy and ayurveda also but no result
if any solution please help me

What you can do is maintain a food diary and note the food you are allergic to ?
