Skin allergy

Asked for Female, 56 Years

My mother has been suffering from skin allergy for last 3-4 hours and all the exposed part of her skin has turned black due to severe itching. She is under medication for diabetes from last 10 years. Please help us with some medication. We have consulted so many doctors but there was not any use. I have attached a photo of my mother.
