My 6 year old son has recently developed a rash on his face which was red and dry initially but has turned into various tiny pimples of red colour on his chin and upper lip area ...some of them have recently turned brown and crusty and look really horrible ....I have been applying a cream called fucibet on my doctors recommendation since a week on his rashes but it does not seem to work ...plz help me what to do and how to get rid of these red rashes from his face
