Skin allergy/infection on neck.
Was experiencing tiny granules like formation on the neck ares (right side) for the past few days. Has a strong burning sensation and is also painful. Took homeopathy medicine and an ATS injection but, the burning continues. It is now spreading to the front side of the neck.
