Skin allergy in feet

Asked for Female, 32 Years

Hi, I m 34 weeks pregnant. 3 weeks an insect bite me on my left foot. Since then both the foot developed allergy, it started with boils and rashes and now has converted to itchy skin and the skin between and below the toes has developed cuts. And the same has happened between the fingers on both my hands. Had cetrizine 2 tab, allegra120 2 tabs
