it is due to mosquito bite. Just use cotton socks. or use repellant locally apply caladryl lotion. take all precautions for mosquito. lots of cases of malaria and degue are reported.

Any other body part like hands, chest!!
Seems to be scabies
If other family members or caretaker has!!
Apply calamine lotion over it….2-3 times
If yellow pustules develop then only antibiotics
Treat the other family member if affected
Wash all clothes and beddings in warm water….
