Asked for Female, 34 Years

I have small pimples like allergy on hands and legs. They are itchy and spreading fastly.. small red dots are appearing on palms early morning. These dots are like spikes and itchy too.. i have used hhmite cream for 2 weeks once in a week and teczine 5mg tablet 1 per day for 10 days... all was fine for 15 days and started again .. can you please advise medication and cause for this allergy. I am not a sweaty person..
