Asked for Female, 25 Years

Hi Doctor, My wife had C section delivery 2months ago. Since that she is having fungal infection near thighs which is spreading over abdominal as well. Gynecologist who operated has suggested Itracoe powder and KZ soap. She is using it regularly but still infection is spreading. Can you please suggest.
