Skin Allergy

Asked for Female, 28 Years

From past a month,I frequently feel itching all over body and the parts I scratch turn red and skin there kind of uplifts (I googled,pictures look like Hives,although I have not been able to get it tested).I take Allegra M tablet and the allergy goes within a day but then then same condition after 2-3 days. I have not been able to find the cause of this issue. Also I suffer from frequent stomach pain and both constipation as well as loose stools. Please guide me what could it be.
