Skin Allergy at low temperatures

Asked for Male, 27 Years

I am suffering this allergy from last few years. In winter season or when I sit in an A/C room in less temperature, I feel itching at my palm and feet. After 15-30 min, rashes gets developed on palm and feet and often my fingers swell slightly. Once I come out the room, everything gets normal.
