what are the area of rashes and age of your baby.in infants most common area of rashes is diaper area and scalp.there could be different reasons for the diaper area rash like diaper dermatitis,candidal infection due to constant wetting of the area,atopic dermatitis.for scalp-cradle cap(seborreic dermatitis),fungal infection.amongst general measures keep the area dry,use mild soap/shampoo for cleaning adequate for delicate skin of a child and for medical treatment get the child checked by a qualified dermatologist.
