Hi 27 age i m suffering from back acne from years!! I get a pimple on my back it foams puss and bursts out leaving a black spot on my back my back is full of black marks!! What's the disease and how to get rid of dis ?? Pls help me doctor

Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. You are suffering from what Dermatologist call tropical acne. In this condition, pimples erupt on the back and shoulder area which then subside after few days with pigmentation. The treatment is not very complicated. It can be treated with tablets, creams, and soap. Maintenance treatment may be required to cover for recurrence. Please don't  apply oil on your head. Its severe cystic acne probably. I suggest visit our clinic to meet dermatologist and get proper treatment.  You need first examination, right diagnosis. Local ointments and long term way to reduce oil production in skin  and reduce pigment spots. Chemical peels needs ,
