Skin allergic making my face skin dry

Asked for Female, 21 Years

I had some allergic reactions last year in month of October because of a face wash( Acnelac). That made my skin rough dull and dry with scaly appearance. That made an additional skin coating of dead cells on my face. It peeled in 5-6 days. I consulted to an doctor in Jaipur in January , within a week I was feeling better. But after coming back to chennai in all those things are repeating again.even the medicines I was taking are now ineffective. They are causing more hardness and dullness.
