sorry to disappoint you but all creams and procedure to improve skin texture and cause skin tightening tend to end up being a bit costly. skin tightening is a luxury not a medical necessasity... may be that is why the companies charge so much MRP on the creams and tablets. and laser machine will always be expensive due to huge cost of the machine. hope this better explains the lack of cheap alternative for the treatment that you are looking for.
