Size and foreskin
My penis is very small in size. When not erect it is hardly 2-3 cms... Excess of foreskin is covering the tip. I want to increase the size and also pls suggest if i need to surgically remove excess foreskin.

Stretched Penile length less than 2 cm is micropenis. If it is more than 2 cm nothing to worry. Excess fore skin if it is causing any discomfort and recurrent infections you should undergo circumcision. Other wise nothing to worry.
Next Steps
consult urologist to measure exact size of your penis.
