I am 29 years old male.i had a uti infection .It is found as klebsiella pneumoniae...Doctor prescribed me merosure -o-300 single dose for 10 days.Couse is over .But still I am feel burning sensation in urine like cutting feeling while urination.I am uploading my urine culture and sensitivity report .Can you please suggest me what should I do ...next .Will injection cure this .. please 🙏tell me...

I think you should repeat urine routine, microscopy to see if infection is gone.
Ideally for uncomplicated UTI the duration of antibiotics you took is sufficient.
May be its only inflammation and not infection which is causing problem.
