We have seen very good results of homoeopathic medicine for sinusitis BUT
in homoeopathy we dont have one medicine for sinusitis.
In your case Silicea may or may not be the right medicine for you. Also the power in which you take the medicine may or may not be right. For example we have silicea in 3x, 6x, 30, 200, 1000 etc....
You are advised not to self drug and refer homoeopathic doctor for right medicine and right power of medicine.
