Sinusitis issue
I am having frequent eye burning, pain around eyes, headache and gastritis. Headache is more at night. I am taking treatment but not much improvement. I have mild wheezing also. No cough, fever. Mucous is hardened. Please suggest.

Pain around eyes with burning sensation and headache could be due to vision issues also. Kindly get your vision checked if not already done. Has sinusitis been diagnosed with nasal endoscopy/ CT Scan ? If not, it’s advisable to get an online consult first followed by in clinic visit.
Gastritis can occur due to irregular meal times, skipping meals, taking too spicy/oily meals etc. An online consult can help ascertain the cause , this with reflux of acid can give rise to wheeze in some patients.
