Your “S” shaped DNS is probably obstructing the outflow of sinuses thereby causing chronic sinusitis. Kindly share the images of CT PNS films as the disease in Sphenoid sinus can lead to significant headache of left untreated. Depending upon the extent and amount of disease on your CT films a final call for whether surgery is required or not can be taken. You will most probably require surgery in the form of FESS with Septoplasty If in Guwahati, Kindly consult physically at Trinitas Hospital, Sixmile. Tingling and numbness in hands and legs is probably because of B12 deficiency. It’s not related to sinusitis. Ear pain, Headache and general malaise could be because of Sinusitis.
