  4. Sinus infection. Am a diabetic patient.

Hi. The history provided by you is incomplete. Since how many days are you having pain in your nose and teeth? Do you have any fever? How often do you spit out blood? Since you are diabetic, infection, if any, can increase easily. Plz consult online with more details so that your issue can be resolved at the fastest. Looks like you have a deviated nasal septum . Avoid forceful blowing or cleaning of nose . Consult online.
