Sinus enlarged
I just suffer sinus problem since feb 2020 and it's really very painful. I also used some nassal drops but no possitive result there. So what should I do in this situation?

Where is the pain??? Since it is for 3 months it needs proper evaluation. Further nose drops shoudnever be used so long. It does more harm. Y nose drops when there is no nose block??

Sinus problem since 3 months will definitely need more than nasal drops. If its only blocked nose then nasal drops for few days is fine. In your case you might suffering from other symptoms as well. Steam inhalation can be tried. If its affecting your day to day working etc it will require examining by an ENT specialist and/or CT scan of nose and sinus.

Chronic sinusitis will require proper evaluation. Get NCCT PNS. Nasal drops alone is not the treatment
