Am ttc, had a simple cyst so the doctor advised 21 days birth control. Now should I wait for the periods or get the ultrasound done. Also, will taking ocp for 21 days delay my chances to conceive?

Hi. You should get the ultrasound only after your periods.
You can try for conception in the next cycle during the fertile period, taking OCPs per se will not delay your chances of conception if other factors are favourable. All the best!
