I have posted my issue earlier related to hot tea fell on my hand yesterday and it became blackish reddish in colour today.
Have little burning sensation today.

Don't worry your skin will back to normal within few weeks. Mostly it will be superficial burn rarely it could be deep.
I would like to suggest you use hydro heal gel it will give you soothing effect nd prevent burning. Apply twice nd geltly scrape dead tissue nd then apply.
Exocin ointment once and.
Suframycin cream twice for 7 days.
Once wound dry you start putting pure coconut oil as moisturiser.
Take vitamin C 500mg twice a day it will help in collagen formation nd quick healing drink as much as water possible.
Take more protein rich diet.
