Generally chemotherapy is not belificial at this stage except high risk factors.
High risk factors are obstruction msi instable poorly differentiated when they give. That's the reason for asking for MSI testing

Opinion for chemotherapy and staging cannot be complete with above reports alone. MSI testing is necessary too.
Please visit with tissue blocks for testing and opinion.
