Cancer biopsy report query. Other parts?

Hi, my mother is undergoing treatment for breast cancer in TMH varanasi. She had 4 sets of chemo done and also surgery to remove the breast. The doctor has advised 4 more chemo and radio therapy. We also got the biopsy report but would like some oncologist help to understand the report. We asked the doctors here but no one is giving clear answers and all they are saying is report is fine. Our questions based on report are: 1. Was the cancer in advance stage? 2. Is there the possibility of reoccurring? 3. Is there the possibility that cancer can spread to other parts? Please let me know if anyone can help we can book online consultation as well to discuss further. Also I am only able to attach 2 snapshots of the report, there are more.
