From past 3 days I'm having Side throat burning sensation radiating to eat..if I eat less spicy food also I can feel spiceness in side throat and ear..i ate azithromycin and gargle with betadine still no effect.. Plz suggest medicines

Tab Ceftum 500 mg 1 tab twice dairy after food for 5 days Tab Allegra M 1 tab ones daily at bedtime for 7 days Tab Zerodol SP 1 tab twice daily after food for 3 days Betadine gurgle 10 ml to dilute with equal amount of warm water and gurgle 3 times after food for 7 days Syp Sucral O 4 teaspoon 3 times daily before food for 7 days Rest and isolate Plenty of waters
