Side Effects of Unwanted 72

Hi.. Me and my girlfriend(21) had unprotected sex on 10th and 11th september 2018. She took two unwanted 72 pills, one on 10th and the other on 11th. Since then she was facing severe irritation in her vaginal tract. She was nauseated, had body cramps and abdominal pains. She had her periods yesterday, since then she is a bit relieved, but she has that terrible weakness in her. She got a little less active than before.. So is this a serious issue? Is there any medications she needs to take to recover from this? Or is this totally normal and it would likely stay for a few days? Thanks in Advance, Souvik
