Side effects of Topiramate
I'm a 26 yr old physically healthy male. I am on anti-depressants like desvenlafaxine, escitalopram and a hypnotic (zolpidem). I was on 200mg/day Topiramate for many months until I recently started noticing my hair was thinning & my hair line was receding. I have since then stopped Topamax completely after consulting my psychiatrist. It's been a little under a month since I stopped the drug. I apply Minoxidil-Fenesteride solution to the affected areas & take Biotin & multi vitamin capsule. Is this effect irreversible or will my hair gain its earlier strength & quality?

You might regain the strength and quality by some appropriate diet itself. I wonder whether you have recovered from your depression or Anxiety for which you started to consume the medicines. Being mentally stable and healthy and peaceful from inside is vital for a general well-being.
