I was on oral contraceptive that stopped this month. I will be on a trip next month of 16th. I got my period this month on 17 so Im expecting it on the trip. Should I start the oral contraceptive today to get my period before that or the usage primotul n. If primotul n then when should I start and for how long?

Take primolut N twice a day four days before ur expected date for five days ,this way Ur periods can be delayed for a week.
