I have Polycystic ovary syndrome. And i would like to use oral contraceptive pills. Is 'Saheli' as the recommended dose a good option? ( 2 per week for first 3 months.) or would you suggest 'unwanted 21 days' as a better option?

No saheli is not option because it is not suitable for pcod.Instead of saheli use unwanted 21 minimum for 3 months .It will regularise the menstrual cycle.
