Side effects after saw palmetto 500.
Hi Dr , I took saw palmetto 500 mg and beta sitosterol 120 mg for one month in 2016 April to block DHT for hair loss, after one month I got side effects , low libido , zero sprm , ejaculation problms ,
My total Testosterone level is 3.9 ng/ml
SHBG is normal ,
Now in 2019 after 3 yrs, suffering with same till now, no improvement ,
I went to urologist and endocrinologist both said my T level is normal ,
But they couldn't improve my zero libido , ejaculation ,
I have discontinued medicine since 2016 May , but no improvement ,
Is it reversible ?
To whom should I consult ?
Should I go for hCG therapy ?
My testicles are now small too .
