Baseline testing is done before starting isotretinoin and repeated at regular intervals. it also causes dryness of skin, lips, mouth, eyes.
You can take it daily but only under supervision, not on your own.

Not everyday... treatment depends on the grade..Acne or pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. All medications have some side effects and so does Tufacne. Always make sure ur bade line parameters r done before taking it. It should b preferably repeated once every 3 months as long as ur on the medication. Before starting tufacne, you will need to have a blood tests to check that your lipids (cholesterol and triglyceride), kidney and liver function are with normal limits.
